Dajepot Shipping Policy
Shipping support: customersupport@dajepot.com
Order preparation
After we receive your order and confirm payment, we normally need 3–5 business days to prepare, check, pack, and hand your order to our shipping partner. The count begins on the next business day after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. Any different preparation period for a preorder or a planned holiday closure will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
Preparation time is separate from carrier transit time. A shipping label or an internal handoff does not, by itself, establish that the carrier has collected your parcel.
Shipping options and fees
Shipping options depend on your delivery destination. All fees below are in US dollars.
Deliveries to the United States
| Shipping method | Estimated carrier transit time | Estimated total time, including preparation | Shipping fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic Shipping | 25–30 business days | 28–35 business days | US$15.00 |
| Standard Express | 13–15 business days | 16–20 business days | US$35.00 |
| Premium Express | 3–5 business days | 6–10 business days | US$55.00 |
Deliveries outside the United States
For eligible destinations outside the United States, Standard Express is our only available shipping option, at US$35.00.
| Shipping method | Estimated carrier transit time | Estimated total time, including preparation | Shipping fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard Express | 13–15 business days | 16–20 business days | US$35.00 |
Carrier transit time begins on the next business day after actual carrier collection. The total estimates above include the normal 3–5-business-day preparation period. The 13–15-business-day Standard Express estimate is carrier transit time; the estimated total, including preparation, is 16–20 business days.
Available methods, fees, and any destination-specific timeframe are shown at checkout before payment. All carrier transit estimates above exclude order preparation.
Business days and working days mean Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at the delivery destination. Any planned dispatch closure affecting your order will be disclosed before payment and included in its original delivery deadline.
Your original delivery deadline
Your original delivery deadline is the latest date in the delivery timeframe offered for your selected service before purchase. We will confirm it in your order confirmation.
Where no different timeframe or start date was disclosed before payment, the latest normal delivery deadlines are:
- Deliveries to the United States: 35 business days for Basic Shipping, 20 business days for Standard Express, and 10 business days for Premium Express.
- Deliveries outside the United States: 20 business days for Standard Express.
These deadlines are counted from the next business day after payment confirmation.
These deadlines already include normal preparation. Late preparation, late carrier collection, a later tracking update, or a revised estimate does not restart the original deadline or add another preparation period.
If we offered a shorter delivery deadline before purchase, that promise applies. A separate preorder date, holiday closure, or different timeframe applies only if disclosed before payment.
Order tracking
All shipping methods include tracking. We will email your tracking number when it becomes available.
Please allow up to 7 business days from payment confirmation for your tracking number and initial tracking information to become available. This window includes normal preparation; it is not an additional seven days after preparation.
Tracking may show “label created” before carrier collection, and scans may appear after the parcel has started moving. If tracking is still unavailable or has not updated by the end of seven business days, contact us so we can check the shipment.
The tracking window is separate from the delivery allowance below. Missing or delayed tracking does not extend your original delivery deadline.
Delivery delays and our seven-working-day refund guarantee
Delivery estimates may be affected by customs inspections, weather, or carrier disruptions. You may contact us as soon as you become concerned; you do not need to wait seven extra days to report a problem.
We allow 7 additional working days after your original delivery deadline for delivery delays. The allowance starts on the next working day after that deadline.
If your order has not been delivered by the end of those seven additional working days, you may choose a full refund of the delayed order. Alternatively, you may choose to continue waiting or accept an agreed replacement. Only a proven customer-caused delay meeting the conditions in the customs or address provisions below may adjust this voluntary guarantee; ordinary customs processing does not automatically extend it.
The full refund includes the amount paid for the products, the original shipping fee, and taxes or duties collected by Dajepot, less any amount already refunded. You do not have to wait for the carrier to reimburse us.
For a partially delayed order, the refund covers the delayed items and their associated shipping and taxes. If a missing component prevents use of a cooker bundle, you may return that affected bundle at our expense for a full refund of the bundle.
Delivery after the original deadline plus the allowance does not remove your eligibility for this guarantee. If you choose a refund after late delivery, we will arrange a prepaid return or collection. A refund does not entitle you to keep the goods free of charge unless we expressly agree.
A revised estimate does not remove an existing refund right. Ordinary customs, weather, carrier delays, or documentation errors by Dajepot or its shipping partner do not automatically extend this guarantee.
This allowance does not postpone any earlier cancellation or refund right under applicable law. If we cannot meet an applicable dispatch deadline, we will notify you and obtain any legally required consent to a delay.
Customs holds and lost shipments
If we learn that your parcel is held at customs or affected by a prolonged delivery problem, we will contact you, explain what is known, and work with the shipping partner to resolve it.
If a prolonged hold leaves no reliable delivery date, we will proactively offer a choice of continuing to wait or receiving a full refund without requiring you to wait for the seven-working-day allowance to expire. A hold directly caused by failure to meet import responsibilities expressly accepted before dispatch is assessed under the customer-caused customs delay provisions below.
A shipment confirmed lost in transit qualifies for your choice of a refund or replacement without waiting for the allowance to expire.
International shipping, import charges, and customs clearance
We ship to the destinations and addresses available at checkout. If your country or address is unavailable, we cannot currently accept shipment to that destination.
When Dajepot covers import charges
Where a suitable air-shipping service that includes import charges is available through our shipping partners for your full delivery address and shipment, we will arrange that service and cover the applicable import duties, import taxes, and standard customs-clearance charges. We will confirm whether these charges are included.
Tax-inclusive service availability depends on the country, postcode, carrier, route, and shipment type. Availability for one address or an earlier order does not guarantee availability for another address or a later shipment. A country appearing at checkout does not, by itself, confirm that import charges are included.
If we confirm that import charges are included, we remain responsible for those agreed charges. Contact us before paying a request for charges we agreed to cover so we can resolve it. We will not require you to pay the same charge twice.
When import charges are payable by the customer
Where a suitable tax-inclusive service is unavailable, delivery may still be possible using a service under which you pay import duties, import taxes, and standard customs-clearance or carrier disbursement fees directly to the customs authority or carrier.
We disclose any known customer responsibility for these charges before payment. If service availability still needs to be verified, that uncertainty and the possibility of additional import charges will be clearly disclosed before payment.
Before preparing or dispatching an order using a service with customer-paid import charges, we will contact you in writing and obtain your express acceptance. Our notice will explain:
- Which import charges you would need to pay, and the amount, estimate, or calculation basis available to us. Customs determines the final assessment, which may differ from an estimate.
- Any recipient identification, tax registration, or other clearance information required for the shipment.
- The effect of failing to complete clearance or pay valid charges on time, including possible storage charges, return, seizure, or disposal.
- Any potential customer-paid return or other costs, with the amount or calculation basis where available.
- Any proposed change to dispatch or delivery timing, and your option to cancel for a full refund before dispatch.
If you do not accept the customer-paid import arrangement, you may cancel before dispatch for a full refund of all amounts paid to Dajepot, including the original shipping fee and any taxes collected by us. No cancellation or payment-processing fee will be deducted.
Silence is not acceptance. We will hold the order while awaiting your decision. If no agreement is reached, we will cancel and refund it rather than ship it on unaccepted terms. If we need a reply by a particular date, we will state that date in our notice.
This process does not allow us to withdraw an existing tax-inclusive promise unilaterally. We will honour agreed terms or arrange a cancellation or change with your express agreement where lawful. Verification or an unanswered request does not, by itself, restart your delivery deadline.
Your customs-clearance responsibilities
Where you have accepted customer-paid import charges, please monitor carrier or customs messages and pay valid charges by the clearly communicated deadline. Provide legally required recipient information promptly after a clear request. We will assist with reasonable enquiries and provide or correct documents that are our responsibility.
If a charge appears incorrect or conflicts with our written confirmation, contact us promptly. We will help investigate it and will not treat a genuine error by Dajepot or its shipping partner as your failure to cooperate.
Charges paid directly to customs, a bank, or another third party are outside the amounts Dajepot can directly refund. We will provide available documentation to help you seek recovery. This does not excuse a reimbursement or other remedy that we owe under our agreement or applicable law.
Customer-caused customs delays
The following exception applies to our voluntary delivery guarantee only where you expressly accepted the relevant import responsibilities before dispatch and received a clear, valid payment or information request with a reasonable opportunity to comply.
A delay directly caused by your failure to pay accepted import charges or provide required recipient information by the communicated deadline is excluded from our seven-working-day delivery guarantee for the period of that customer-caused delay. We will explain the evidence, excluded period, and resulting deadline adjustment in writing. The clock resumes once the required payment or information has been provided; subsequent ordinary carrier or customs processing is not automatically excluded.
This is a pause for the proven customer-caused delay, not a new delivery period. It does not remove a refund right that arose before that delay.
No automatic shipping-fee refund, complimentary product, or other goodwill compensation is offered solely for the excluded delay. Customs holds caused by ordinary inspections, carrier problems, missing documents that we must supply, or charges we agreed to cover remain subject to our normal delivery guarantee.
If non-payment or missing recipient information prevents delivery or causes a return, seizure, or disposal, the outcome is assessed under the Import charges and unsuccessful customs clearance section of our Refund & Returns Policy. Failure to pay does not create an automatic entitlement to a full refund or free replacement, and it does not automatically forfeit every refund right.
All mandatory cancellation, refund, warranty, and compensation rights remain unaffected.
Address changes and unsuccessful delivery
Please check your full address, postal code, telephone number, and email address before ordering. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; a change may not be possible after carrier collection.
If an issue is directly caused by incorrect address information you supplied, it may affect this voluntary delivery guarantee. We will explain the evidence and any adjustment to the deadline in writing. Import-charge and recipient-information issues are assessed under the customs provisions above, including their advance-disclosure and express-acceptance requirements.
Any proposed redelivery charge will be explained and agreed before a further shipment. We will not attribute our own or the carrier's error to you or restrict mandatory consumer rights.
If tracking says “delivered” but you have not received the parcel, check the delivery location, household members, neighbours, and any delivery photograph, and contact us promptly. We will investigate with the carrier. A delivered scan alone does not automatically close your claim.
Where evidence establishes correct delivery to your agreed address or an expressly authorized safe place followed by theft, replacement or refund will depend on applicable law and any additional assistance we agree to provide.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
Please inspect your delivery and contact customersupport@dajepot.com within 7 calendar days if items are damaged, incorrect, missing, or unusable on arrival. Include your order number and clear photographs where available.
This reporting request does not remove statutory rights or coverage for a manufacturing defect discovered later. Remedies are explained in our Refund & Returns Policy and Limited Warranty, Repair & Replacement Policy.
Refunds and scope
Refund methods and processing times are explained in our Refund & Returns Policy.
This delivery guarantee applies to paid customer orders. Free warranty-service shipments follow our Limited Warranty, Repair & Replacement Policy and your rights to a timely remedy.
These terms apply to orders placed after publication. Earlier delivery promises and mandatory consumer rights remain valid.
