Processing & Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping times vary depending on the selected shipping method at checkout.

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

International Shipping
We do offer international shipping, but some countries are excluded due to shipping restrictions or logistics issues.
The list of eligible countries is displayed at checkout when selecting your shipping address.
If your country is not available in the dropdown menu, we unfortunately do not ship there at this time.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Address & Shipping Issues
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors.
We are not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 5 business days before contacting us.
If the package is lost in transit due to carrier issues, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged package or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customersupport@dajepot.com with photos of the issue.
We will evaluate your case and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.
