We do not accept returns except in cases where we have shipped the wrong item or if the item arrives damaged or unusable due to shipping.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within the first week of delivery at customersupport@dajepot.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your package arrives damaged, the item is unusable due to shipping, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at customersupport@dajepot.com with your order details and clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and determine the next steps.
Non-Returnable Items
Since we do not accept returns, all sales are final. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item and report it within 7 days of delivery, we will work with you to find a solution.
Refunds & Replacements
If your claim is approved due to receiving the wrong or damaged item, we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at customersupport@dajepot.com.
